Counseling Rates

My counseling rate is $125 per 50-minute hour. 

I offer individual counseling for adults (ages 20 and up) for trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety.

I also offer specialize counseling for midlife and aging issues for midlife aged adults.

I do not work with kids, teens, or couples.

Individual Short Term Counseling

I use a Solution Focused brief counseling approach designed for one or two specific goals involving a current life challenge.  Short term counseling is for 1 – 8 sessions and therapy has a specific end date that the client determines at the beginning of the counseling relationship.
