My psychotherapy rate is $135 per 50-minute hour.

I offer individual psychotherapy specifically focused on adults (ages 20 and up).

In-Network Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Kaiser, Pacific Source, Moda, Regence, and several other insurance companies. Please verify with your insurance provider to ensure I am listed as an in-network provider for your specific plan before you contact me to schedule.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not an in-network provider for your plan, I may still be able to provide services as an out-of-network provider. I recommend checking directly with your insurance plan to understand your out-of-network behavioral/mental health benefits.

I accept self-paying clients. For your convenience, flexible payment options include:

While I strongly believe that in-person counseling is the most effective way to receive psychotherapy, I understand that hectic schedules, health emergencies, or distance can make in-person visits difficult.

Secure Video Teletherapy

I offer teletherapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform when an in-person visit is not possible or safe. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm that teletherapy sessions are covered under your plan.

Telephone Psychotherapy

I can also offer telephone therapy, but only after at least one initial session (either in-person or via secure video) has been completed. Please note that telephone therapy is still a relatively new modality in mental health, and as such, I cannot guarantee the same level of full privacy or efficacy as traditional sessions.
